No, for your safety, all payments are processed through iamnativ under your client profile. Payments are made in advance, and funds are released to the Nativ Creative only after you’re 100% satisfied. Report any Nativ Creative requesting direct payments to [email protected] via email with the subject“ Irregular Platform Use.”

Refunds are issued to your iamnativ profile balance, which can be used for another Nativ Creative or service.

Unless stated otherwise in the Gig’s  or jobs description, all intellectual property rights are transferred to you upon delivery. We retain the right to promote Nativ Creatives’ work.

You can hire professionals for camera operations, sound recording, production, translation, graphic design, and many other creative services. Take a look at the front page of the website for more talents.

You can request up to three standard revisions from the Nativ Creative before finalizing the payment. More reviews can be negotiated in advance. If issues persist, you can reach out to client services for assistance at [email protected]

You can submit a brief or job request directly through your client dashboard, which you access once you login. There you would specify the details of your project and the deliverables. This can be done during the process of creating your job.
